Quick Mothers Day Post

Happy Belated Mothers Day, everyone!

For Mothers Day, my Dad and I took my Mom to a little flea market in Soho.

It was not fun.

The day was kind of a bust, my camera wasn't charged, the flea market sucked, everything was WAY overpriced (almost $200 for a poorly-made fedora? No thanks.), the restaurant we went to had awful service and food, and it was way too hot. The only good part what that I found the place where I want to get married... Old St. Patricks Church. :D

So, here's the single decent picture that I got from yesterday on my phone.

Clogs Are For Lovers

I have absolutely been loving the 70s comeback that's been happening lately, and the clogs are no exception. When Chanel and other top couture designers started showing clogs on the runway a year ago in their Fall 2010, I was less than impressed. But like any other trend, as it trickled from the runway and started in everyday wear, I started loving them. Here are some of the clogs that I've been loving lately. Hey everyone!

I had an extra day off from school this week thanks to the un-used snow day we had left over. Since I 'worked' over Spring break, today I slept in late, surfed the internet, and eat junk food. I basically experienced my entire Spring break in one day.

Hope you've all had an amazing day. I went out to lunch with my Dad (my Mom was still super tired from our ride home yesterday) to this cute little German restaurant. I forgot the chip for my camera at home, so I had my Dad take a picture of my outfit in the daylight before we went into the restaurant on my blackberry.

Spring Break '11

Hey everyone! I just got back from my spring break vacation visiting my cousins in Maryland. My cousin and his wife have 3 kids, Sophie,6; Simon, 4; and Hannah, 18 months, so I went to nanny for the week. Crissy, their mom and my 'big sissy' had her birthday on Thursday, so my being there was my present to her.

Crissy showed my the Maryland shopping, so I'll post mah swag tomorrow or Monday. ;)

Jackie, You Own My Burkhart (Part 1, Season 7)

As you all know, I am addicted to 70's fashion, and at the heart of it all is Mila Kunis' character Jackie Burkhart of That 70's Show. Jackie is a spoiled princess cheerleader, and she is proud of it!

And since there are so many amazing outfits on this show, I'm going to post them by season, starting at Season 7 and counting down to Season 1. I'm just gonna skip Season * altogether, because, well frankly, nobody want to see that hot mess of a season. Some may have more than one post, some seasons may be posted together, we'll see. :)

So, lets start off with one of my favorites... *drumroll* Jackie's 'sailor' top from season 7, episode 4.

I love this outfit a little too much... I want to find this top right. now.

Next is from season 7, epsoide 3, her floral tank top.

Her peasant dress form the same episode is also a favorite.

Her cheerleading sweater from her "Say 'flowchart again'" moment from Season 7, epsoide 6 is amazballs, and I NEED it. :P

Jackie and I also have the same sense when it comes to dressing for a football game, because how she dressed for the Packers game is a similar to what I wear to Giants games.

And I love this dress from Season 7, episode 8, its sooo cute! :D (Please, ignore my fan-girling... You all should know by now that I'm a geek. :) )

In episode 9, Jackie dons the perfect Thanksgiving outfit to help Hyde open the record store at midnight.

Now... Let's all just take a second to appericate these AMAZING shoes that Jackie has on in episode 18.

Who would wear shoes that fierce to a car show with her boyfriend... Jackie Burkhart, that's who. :)

I could go on with the fabulousness of these outfits all day, but I 'm gonna keep this short.
